Items ordered before 2pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered next business day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 6.00pm. The standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery; however every effort is made by us & the couriers to achieve this goal.
Orders taken on Friday after 2pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 2pm will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). However, We rely upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incured by customers tradesman unable to work, please ensure you have your wallpaper before booking in any decorators.
Our delivery charges are based on weight to be able to offer the best price available.
To Qualify for Free Delivery Over £75 your delivery postcode must be in a UK Mainland Address, please see the postcodes below for Non UK Mainland Postcodes.
All Highland Addresses placing orders over £75 will receive a discounted postage price at checkout.
The cost for up to 20 kilos, (approx 15 rolls dependant on the particular product) to UK Mainland addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands is £4.99, then small increments after that. Due to the size of the product we use Interlink Express next working day courier service as Royal Mail are more expensive and take longer to deliver.
For the Scottish Highlands Excluding Islands (Please see postcodes below) the price is £7.95 for up to 10 Kilos then small increments after that.
All of Ireland is £11.00 for up to 20 Kilos.
There will be an additional charge for Saturday, Sunday, Before 10am delivery on samples.

Saturday or Sunday delivery Policy:-
Saturday or Sunday delivery is available to all UK Mainland addresses, which exclude the below postcodes. The cost is £10 instead of our standard £4.99 for next day. Cut off for Weekend deliveries is 12PM on Friday.
Deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and return the goods to the regional depot for your area, from where you will be responsible for arranging collection or possible redelivery. Discount Interiors operate this policy to provide formal proof with respect to goods being despatched and safely received. Delivery will only be made to the delivery address specified at the time the order is placed. For customer convenience Discount Interiors allow customers to specify a different address for delivery at the time of order. For example a lot of customers specify that goods are to be delivered to their place of work or to a neighbour who they know will be available to accept delivery.

This is a service that due to operating conditions can not be relied on 100% but is a guideline for rough times of delivery, saving you the customer, time. You will receive an email from Interlink Express on collection of your order from us and again on the Morning of delivery. The service now offers a free 15 minute time slot for smart phone users on the delivery day, which will let you track the driver to know which delivery number you are and the delivery number the driver is currently delivering, giving you confidence to pop out if you need to. (please ensure your email address and / or mobile phone number is accurate at time of registration)
Please note if your order arrives damaged you must sign it as damaged, as the courier will not accept liability otherwise.
Our Couriers will attempt delivery twice and will leave calling cards if the order was not delivered. However it is your responsibility to rearrange a new delivery day and if no contact is made within approximately one week from first delivery attempt, they will have to return the order to us which incurs a fee from Interlink which is £8.85 plus the original cost of your postage again. These charges are beyond our control and will have to be paid by you in the event of item return.
Discount Interiors recommend that you do not book decorators, until you have the order in your possession.

If you wish to have the goods sent to an alternative address, you will have to purchase the goods online, where you will be given the option to send to an alternative address. This is to prevent fraudulent transactions.

4) Collection In Person Cash or Credit/Debit Card Payments. (Please contact us prior to you arriving, to ask us to have the products you are looking for, kept aside for you. These will then be held for 72 Hours, however in some cases we may be able to keep a little longer, if 72 hours does not allow you sufficiant time to get in to collect the goods. (Subject To Stock Levels) PLEASE NOTE THE PRICE YOU PAY IS THE PRICE IN STORE ON THE DAY.
Standard delivery charge for most areas of UK Mainland excluding Scottish Highlands, is usually £4.99 per consignment. (Subject To The Weight Of The Total Order Approx 10 Rolls) Heavier or bulkier orders may incur a slight increase. In all cases the delivery charge will be clear at the time of order. Standard delivery time is 2/3 days. If there is good reason to deviate from standard arrangements then customers will be informed accordingly. These prices are inclusive of 20% VAT. These delivery arrangements exclude the Islands. For these areas please contact us to establish if delivery is possible and what extra charge would apply.
Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB36 to 38, AB55 & 56, FK17 to 21, IV1 to 39, IV52 to 54, IV63, KW1 to 14, PA21 to 40, PH19 to 26, PH30 to 41, PH49 to 50.
Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1 to 9, IV40 to 51, IV55 to 56, KA27 to 28, KW15 to 17, PA20, PA41 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH42 to 44, ZE1 to 3 please register as UK Offshore Islands.
All of Ireland starts at £10.00 up to 10 kilo approx 12 rolls by 2 Day Courier. Above this weight, charges will be applied in the checkout process.

Delivery to Australia.
Due to popular demand we also deliver to Australia, goods placed in your basket at checkout will show an estimated delivery cost, as rates change daily for postage to Australia, please contact us for an exact price with your order requirements, as all prices are based on weight and size. Items are delivered in approximately 4/5 working days.

It is extremely unusual for our customers to want to return any of the products that Discount Interiors sell but in the unlikely event that they do this is our policy :-You have the right to cancel an order with us, prior to despatch or any part of an order within 14 days from the day of delivery if you are not 100% satisfied. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or returns of items where the packaging has been removed. A 10% re stocking charge of the product price (Not The Shipping Costs) is charged for returns.
The procedure for returning an item is:-
Contact us to notify us that you have an item to be returned, within 3 days of delivery. Please package the item securely and send it to us so that we receive it within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery courier service as we can not accept liability for goods lost in transit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered a faulty item to you.
If you have recevied an item that is faulty, please contact us within 3 working days, of the date that the item was delivered to you, we will then arrange collection by our courier, at a time to suit yourself, if this is not acceptable you can send the item to us but you will have to cover the postage costs.
All of the faulty product must be sent back, including the labels and wrappers. No claim can be addressed by Discount Interiors, if these are not provided.
We will issue a refund of the purchase price of the returned item, not including postage costs, (unless the item was faulty in which case we can resend the product to you), within 3 working days of receiving the item safely back to ourselves, and in the same state as originally despatched to you. The returned goods must be in a condition suitable for resale.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
