We offer a Price Offer Guarantee, the terms and conditions are as follows:-

We will price match any online price quotation that includes all costs involved, price of products and postage, providing the supplier has the items in stock ready to dispatch.

It applies to all of our products on www.discountinteriors.co.uk only. Excluding clearance or sale/special items.

We will match online business sellers excluding Ebay and other Auction Websites. Please provide a link to the product you have seen by emailing us HERE as no claim will be accepted without this.

We do not price match against products on SALE.

This guarantee is valid prior to purchase and for 2 days after you have purchased from us, as long as you have proof it was cheaper from another business, before you bought from us.

We will also send you a £5.00 Discount Voucher Code for next time you shop with us, Valid for 12 months from issue date, after your purchase has been made. ***Code will become void if original purchase is returned by you***

The term BEAT IT is by the £5.00 voucher for your next purchase, all wallpaper prices will be matched.

Samples Policy

We are happy to provide free samples to you for colour matching prior to purchase, we will supply the samples free, but there will be a small charge for postage, we also provide 1 metre samples at a charge of 10% of the roll purchase price, plus postage.

Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily and with confidence with discountinteriors.co.uk.

These terms and conditions only apply to web site sales.


You may pay by any major credit card or debit card including American Express when ordering by Pay Pal, or RBS Worldpay with the exception of American Express, we will also accept cheque payments, UK postal order or money order if ordering by post. Please do not send money (notes) in the post. If you choose to pay by cheque, goods will only be despatched upon clear payment.

Product Availability

Although every effort is made to update stock levels, items shown on this website may not always be in stock. If any of your chosen items is not in stock, you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery date at the time you place your order. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only, may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by discountinteriors.co.uk to supply goods by a certain date. However, if availability is unduly delayed, we will keep you informed. Due to this we would not recommend booking a decorator until the wallpaper is in your possession.


All rolls supplied by Discount Interiors will be from the same batch/shade number.

Product Images and descriptions

Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it. Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.

Accepting orders and security

When you place an order, we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail of your order, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know. When you receive your e-mail confirmation, you will have an opportunity to check the details and correct any errors.


Every roll of wallpaper is rolled differently therefore the pattern is not always the right way up as it comes off the roll, please check and ensure the pattern is correct before hanging, please also check the correct hanging details, as certain wallpapers hang using reverse hanging, which means your first piece of wallpaper hangs one way the second piece hangs upside down, your third the same as your first and so on.

No liability can be taken by ourselves in respect of incorrect hanging.

Transit Damage

All goods are examined in detail by us prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
